The season for stubble quail only is from the first Saturday in April (5th April) to the last day in June (30th June). The bag limit is 20 birds per day.
Regardless of where you hunt, exercise restraint and only take the birds you need. The 20 bird bag limit per person per day is an adequate one, and reports of excessive bags give all ethical quail hunters serious cause for concern.
Remember, conserve the species and conserve your sport.
